Love Ghost – è uscito il video di “Runnin’ with the Wolves”

Bianco e nero… un modo di vedere, incapacità di percepire i colori, cinema retro’…o soltanto un filtro di editing a volte maledettamente efficace. Togliendo il colore ci si focalizza sulle espressioni e gli ambienti acquistano una loro espressività, come i muri spogli e ammuffiti della casa abbandonata dove é ambientato l’ultimo video di Love Ghost, con Finn che questa volta duetta con El Burger, altro artista di origine latina.

Trap, intrappolato nel muro del basso, tagliato dallo scream di Finn. Le frequenze dell’equalizzatore si alzano all’unisono quando Finn urla e danzano quando fa rap e con quella sua voce particolarmente melodica, ormai marchio di fabbrica della band. Si alterna la voce roca e spagnola di El Burger con flow assassino. Si parla di vita, di lavoro, di strada e di riscatto. L’immaginario, i movimenti, il groove sono dell’area urban / rap. 2 persone, una casa abbandonata e un esperto di editing, qualche trucchetto. Costo di produzione basso per questo video (come altri di Love Ghost), ma nulla da invidiare a produzioni più blasonate per impatto emotivo e visivo. Bianco e nero, scream e trap, hip hop e rock…ma senza chitarra elettrica, diciamolo…é una provocazione ma la chitarra distorta diventa uno strumento obsoleto di fronte al muro sonoro che questi giovani riescono a produrre.

Due minuti e mezzo e succede di tutto… La formula dell’inquinamento sonoro funziona ancora…
