Feelament – Hate delivery

Masha Balyasova(voce), Tim Jabbarov(chitarra), Yaroslav Bugakov(basso) e Nikita Ladygin(batteria) formano i Feelament, formazione nu metal/groove metal/metalcore da Mosca(Russia).

I passaggi groove metal poi possono portare pure a certi Pantera o Gojira.

english version:

Masha Balyasova (vocals), Tim Jabbarov (guitar), Yaroslav Bugakov (bass) and Nikita Ladygin (drums) form Feelament, a nu metal / groove metal / metalcore band from Moscow (Russia). System failure listened to their album “Hate delivery” on Bandcamp, published in 2018. The following are our considerations.

The first thing to highlight is the excellent sung by Masha Balyasova, a roaring lioness who between scream, growls and sung in clean attacks us and literally rapes our ears. The sound, as mentioned above, blends together nu metal / metal / metalcore groove with sounds that may suggest bands like Fallcie, Lamb of god, Jinjer, Meshuggah etc. The groove metal passages can also lead to certain Pantera or Gojira.

Numerous the classic breakdowns of the metalcore as well as the alternation between aggressive stanzas and more melodic parts. The riffs are often hard and marked: real boulders that fall on our head. The more melodic passages link our pure ones to a certain gothic metal.

Listening to the disc is smooth: the tracks do not diverge as much from one another. The essential qualities of the band are repeated piece by piece. How not to notice the many variations: prodigious some time changes as well as some dead ends. The sound production is of high level (the sounds are bad and the sound walls are sometimes impassable). To underline that both the songwriting and the appeal of the songs are not bad at all. Certainly Feelament is a band with a super sound suited to the live dimension: able to unleash crowds of rowdy …

As not to say, the Feelaments also show a lot of technique, a band with a sound that will no doubt be run in, a band ready for any stage. A hurricane of sound power: how not to let loose by listening to their songs. Finally, the last note, the Feelaments “follow the flow”: they offer so current sounds, sounds so popular at the moment.
