Ari Tahan – è uscito il nuovo singolo “Idiot”

La cantante e cantautrice del Surrey Ari Tahan è tornata con il suo ultimo singolo “Idiot” il 19 luglio. Da quando ha rilasciato due singoli l’anno scorso, che hanno messo in risalto il suo suono profondamente crudo ed emotivo, Ari Tahan ha svelato un nuovo tipo di espressione con questo “Idiot”, traendo ispirazione da artisti come Adele, Florence and the Machine, Ella Eyreand e Sia.

La canzone parla di una relazione precedente in cui la menzogna era la causa della sua tossicità. I suoi testi ritraggono un senso di vulnerabilità con un tocco di attitudine, mordendo il ragazzo che ha fatto un grosso errore. In questa canzone lei ammette che la sua autostima è stata portata via da lei, e come si sentiva isolata e insicura durante e dopo la relazione. Questa è ancora un’altra canzone scritta insieme a Judie Tzuke, una cantautrice molto credibile nell’industria musicale che ha anche preso parte al singolo “Out of time” di Ari Tahan.

Riguardo la sua canzone “Idiot”, Ari Tahan ha dichiarato:

“Non volevo pubblicare questa canzone fino a quando non si fosse spento tutto e anche ottenere che il suono fosse esattamente come l’ho visto. Mi sono trattenuto per un po’ su questa canzone e l’ho scritta perché mi sono resa conto che l’idiota che mi ha mentito e che mi ha spezzato il cuore non valeva più il mio tempo e finalmente mi sono resa conto della mia autostima e della mia dignità. Sento che rilasciare questa canzone è un senso che lascia andare l’insicurezza che mi ha dato”

Ari Tahan si è laureata all’Academy of Contemporary Music di Guildford tre anni fa. Recentemente ha ricevuto un grande sostegno da grandi nomi del settore musicale, tra cui BBC Introducing, oltre all’opportunità di esibirsi alla BBC Introducing LIVE al Tobacco Dock, che l’ha aiutata a tuffarsi direttamente nella scena musicale e a collaborare con altri aspiranti artisti. Attualmente sta scrivendo e registrando nuova musica e collaborando con altri artisti affermati.

Ascoltando Ari-Tahan è impossibile non venire trasportati non solo dalla sua voce calda e ben impostata ma si è trascinati dal ritmo incalzante e di impatto. Ari-Tahan non è solo bella ma possiede tanto talento, come non averlo se le sue ispirazioni sono Sia o Adele…..Sfrutta al massimo le conoscenze tecniche dalla buona composizione attraverso questa canzone.

Surrey born Singer-Songwriter Ari Tahan is back with her latest single ‘Idiot’ on the 19th July.

Since releasing two singles last year which showcased her soulfully raw and emotive sound, Ari Tahan has unveiled a new kind of expression with this sassy new pop single, ‘Idiot’, drawing inspiration from the likes of Adele, Florence and the Machine, Ella Eyreand Sia. It has already been picked up from BBC Introducing and aired on their show, giving the song a great kick start before it’s even released! The song is about a previous relationship where lying was the cause for its toxicity. Her lyrics portray a sense of vulnerability with a splash of attitude, biting back at the boy who made a big mistake. In this song she admits that her self esteem was taken away from her, and how she felt isolated and insecure during and after the relationship. This is yet another co-written song with Judie Tzuke, a highly credible singer-songwriter in the music industry who also took part in Ari’s previous single ‘Out of Time’.

Giving a further insight into her song ‘Idiot’, Ari said:

“I didn’t want to release this song until everything had died down as well as getting the sound to be exactly how I visioned it. I have been holding onto this song for a while and I wrote it because I realised that the ‘idiot’ who lied to me and broke my heart wasn’t worth my time anymore and I finally realised my own self worth and dignity. I feel that releasing this song is a sense letting go of the insecurity he gave to me”

Ari Tahan graduated from the Academy of Contemporary Music in Guildford three years ago. She has recently had great support from big names in the music industry including BBC Introducing, as well as the opportunity to perform at BBC Introducing LIVE at Tobacco Dock which helped her dive right into the music scene and network with other aspiring artists. She is currently writing and recording new music and collaborating with other well established artists.

It is impossible to listen to Ari Tahan and not be transported not only by her warm and well-set voice, but by the pressing and impacted rhythm throughout the song. Ari Tahan is not only beautiful but has so much talent and how could she not have so much talent if her inspirations include Sia or Adele? She takes full advantage of the technical knowledge from good composition through this song.
